This petition is aimed at councils to build a mountain bike park in the area around Guisborough, Saltburn etc.
There are a lot of people who would love somewhere to ride their bikes without traveling miles.
Mountain biking is a growing sport, one of the fastest growing sports in the UK. People love to ride them, as it provides an escape and a great experience.
Therefore we seek a bike park as people who love to do the sport are stopped from enjoying it as councils and forestry groups destroy hard worked trails and jumps due to law suits. That is why we seek a place were we can ride our bikes, build the trails and enjoy what we like doing.
The people who access the bike park should pay an entrance fee, and volunteers help to make and look after the jumps or trails. All we are asking for is an area of land where we can build and ride whenever we want.
