Please help us by signing this Petition to: The San Marcos Sherff's Department
to remove all conditions for the approval of our application with the A.B.C. to
expand our business with an "Outside Patio Area".
According to the Sheriff's Dept. there is too many licenses, crime and too many
problem bars" in the "Census Trac" we are located within. This is the same
Sheriff that approved license's in the same Census Trac for four other
establishments located within the new shopping center at Grand and Via Vera
Cruz.
It is obvious that "out of area" corporations with big money, low paying
positions have more power and say so in our community than any small home
grown businesses'.
We the undersigned call upon the City Of San Marcos to intervene with the San
Marcos Sheriff's Department and demand that the application to expand be
approved without conditions as submitted by North County Wine Company for
expansion, as described in the pending application.
