Most residents of this community were not made aware of the extent of the decimation that would occur with the improvements scheduled to take place in this area.
It is clear that this will have a significant impact on property values that have already been severely impacted by the economy.
We, the undersigned, call on the State of Illinois and the Illinois Department of Transportation to provide the residents of this area with proper noise reduction.
