The 2 acre parcel of land running along Frazer Road and backing up to several residential homes on Burgundy Dr., has been contracted by a developer to re-locate Rte. 59 Auto 42 feet from our property line.
This proposed construction would include a 12 bay facility operating from 7am -6pm Monday - Saturday. The noise pollution we will experience will extensively diminish the quality of life we currently now have on our properties.
We would also anticipate property value decrease due to prospective buyers "looking over" our homes.
We, the undersigned, call on The Village of Plainfield to vote down a special use permit to the construction of any Auto Repair Shop on the 2 acre parcel of land behind our homes!
