I declare that there should be no school on Halloween.
Many kids are antsy in class and do not focus at school because they are too busy thinking about what they're going to do that night for Halloween or how much candy they're going to get. Kids are more focused on the clock than their wok and never seem to learn anything on Halloween.
Teachers usually just show a movie about Halloween that none of the kids even want to watch. So if your not learning anything or no-one's even focused then why have school? This petition is for anyone to sign who think there should be no school on Halloween.
