The residents of Magnolia Springs and the surrounding area are asking Baldwin County Planning & Zoning and Magnolia Springs Planning not to allow an RV park on Beasley Road which is in the Magnolia Springs ETJ, (Extraterritorial Jurisdiction).
The Residents of Magnolia Springs and the surrounding area are asking both Baldwin County Planning & Zoning and Magnolia Springs Planning not to allow an RV Park on Beasley Road, which is in the Magnolia Springs ETJ, (Extraterritorial Jurisdiction). Beasley Road is populated with single family homes and small farms in a rural setting. An RV Park is completely out of character within this neighborhood and would ruin the quality life enjoyed by the residents there by increasing the traffic problems, noise and light pollution, and very negativity effecting their property values. Please add you name to let local officials know you are concerned about zoning issues.
