History has shown that these properties are prone to being defaced by young people. Since we face the parquette we are under extreme pressure to having our residences observed for illegal acts by whomever.

Last year we were already invoved with young people who invaded our rear residence and vandalized and stole numerous objects. Because of this we had to add lighting to prevent any further intrusion.

We are mostly a retired community which also consists of a number of widows who do not need this aggravation.

We appreciate your accepting this petition and feel strongly that you will do the right thing.

We the undersigned members of Cypress Pointe Homeowners Association which consists of 29 residences on Naples Cr., LaSalle, ON, petition the Town Council Of LaSalle to NOT install park benches or garbage recepticles on the parquette fronting our residences.
