Melbourne households will be able to water gardens at any time and wash cars at home when water restrictions are eased to Stage 2 from 1 September 2010.
This is a petition against this irresponsible decision.
We, the undersigned, oppose the Brumby Government's easing of water restrictions to Stage 2, based on the fact that lacks common sense and is completely irresponsible.
