This petition is our demand for Dolce Living Hometown to provide us the amenities and services we were promised upon leasing.
We were sold a "luxury lifestyle" and "living the sweet life" and are living anything but! Since opening, this complex has had nothing but one problem after another! When courted to lease, we were all shown the beautiful amenities that are either non-existent or we have been denied access to.
Why should we be paying full price for amenities that are unavailable to us? Such amenities include:
Swimming pool
Clubhouse/Poker Room/Full Kitchen Facility
Outdoor Grilling Area
Dog wash area in dog park
We, the undersigned, call upon Dolce Living Hometown to provide these amenities and grant residents full access to them or we refuse to pay full rental price.
