Nick Tugwell for WHS Baseball Coach

We, the parents of WHS baseball players, are writing this reference on behalf of Nick Tugwell, who is applying for the baseball coaching position at Warwick High School. For years, Nick has served as a volunteer coach and board member in the Deer Park Little League baseball organization. During his time at DPLL he has enriched, mentored and help develop the lives of local children and young adults to learn, love & live the fundamental through advance skills of being a citizen-athlete.

As a coach and person, we feel that Nick possesses a number of strengths that, if hired, would greatly enhance the student athletes of the WHS baseball program. As a coach, he has exceptional teaching skills, baseball knowledge and a level of charisma that motivates others to excel to their fullest potential. As a mentor and role model, he teaches honest lessons learned from years of experience and wisdom. As a person, he and holds himself to a high standard and encourages others to excel past their personal boundaries. When added together, these qualities formulate a whole person concept that make a perfect fit for providing the leadership the young men of WHS baseball need.
In conclusion, we highly recommend Nick.
