After The Ice left Cape, we've been left with no ice-related fun.
A few people decided that they wanted to change that.
We, the Undersigned, believe that a new ice rink would benefit the city of Cape Girardeau. As a source of entertainment is would add to the short list of fun things to do and allow people to participate in activities not available to us since The Ice was removed from the Plaza Galleria.
If paid for and kept up by the city, it would be a source of increasing revenue, and therefore, beneficial to everyone concerned.
