Farington Park is an asset in our community, however isn't easily accessible by lots of residents as they have to cross a very busy main road.
Lancashire County Council state that there is no need for a crossing - we know that isn't the case.

We the undersigned call on Lancashire County Council to install a pedestrian crossing on Stanifield Lane to allow people to enjoy the green space, and play areas we have for our children and families on Farington Park.
