NERO Canada Players Petition

We the undersigned are all Nero Canada Inc. customers and many of us have invested much into this game.

Our wishes are such:

1. We wish to continue using the newly implemented Rules Set known as "TNR". If people are dissatisfied with it we would rather fix it so that people are happy with it rather than revert to the old, unsatisfactory rules. The old rules were unsatisfactory for many reasons and reverting to them would damage the game and player's faith in the game.

2. We wish for more variety in the plots and stories that are run, with different plot members running different styles of stories. We want to feel that there is continuity between events. We want to have the opportunity to help out as NPCs and be trusted by plot not to meta-game information. We want to have more action happen at each event. We want to have mods that are small group participation rather than all town, all the time.

3. We wish for solid leadership and management from the Director of Production. His visibility and experience with the game recently (since the TNR rules set was implemented) is minimal and yet he still has final say over important aspects of the game.

4. We wish for Ken Knudsen and Quentin Salzer to consult players and/or managing volunteers (committee heads, CSM and VC) before making large-scale decisions such as major rules changes. Issues such as reversion to old rules without consultation with all of the players will only hurt the game in both the short and long terms.
