Need to Rezone Marijuana growers out of Urban Residental areas in Klamath County Oregon

We need to keep medical marijuana growers out of rural residential areas. They come into our community from other states not even owning the property and grow marijuana live in trailers, run generator all day, leave trash, gas cans laying around & are very rude no consideration for anybody.

There has been no peace and quiet in my neighborhood for 3 years. It has also caused my neighbor to play her music all day everyday all summer long. I can hear the noise over my TV in my house. Me and my neighbors are at our wits end and I'm almost ready to put my house up for sale my neighbor already sold her house and moved and there will be more following. Klamath County is going to turn into a bunch of pot smokers living in trailers, not working, robbing and its going to bring down the property value immensely.

We need to rezone growers and also have a noise ordinance in place so when you call the sheriffs they will come out instead of telling you theirs no noise ordinance theirs nothing we can do. We as citizens have rights to our peace and quiet too and mine has been violated for the last 3 years.
