We have been with Mweb since Feb of this year. We didn't have any issues until the beginning of August. We left it for little while as we heard about the under sea cable, but that back up and sorted. I have tried to call Mweb and absolutely no luck in speaking to someone. I have tried almost every day. When the voice operator answers it doesn't even allow you to push the option. Example: sales, account, issues. I have logged a query and that seems to be a automated reply. We are really at our wits end, We now forced to cancel, but don't even know who to email or how to reach them to cancel. looking at there Facebook page it seems 90% of the customers are unhappy. Surely this is not acceptable,to take our money and not deliver a service.. What more do I need to do. Maybe if clients who have the same issue can all come together in signing the petition something can be done about it. Sad the lengths one needs to go to now days..

I ask all the clients who feel its unfair. Please sign and lets get the service and after sales that we are paying for.
