I sent an application for a bill and paid 7.00 for Modest Needs Foundation to process my application which they said I qualified for. They never funded my bill and I had people donate money to it. They sent me an e-mail explaining some sort of point system. What a SCAM! The company is also listed on Ripp Off Report also.
We call Modest Needs Foundation to give us back our money.
