Recently a letter was issued to all Siegal Suites residence stating that minor children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times. First offense would be a $30 fine second offense must vacate premises no exceptions. What they are asking is ridiculous and unreasonable children cannot be confined inside all day and neither can adults be outside with them 24/7 as they play. The majority of the Siegel Suites residents have children and at this time there's nowhere for them to play or run there are two grassy areas in the apartments but those have also been deemed off-limits to everyone so then I ask you where are the kid's supposed to play. I understand that Siegel Suites believes by implementing these laws there will be less trouble in the apartments but let's not punish majority for the actions of a few. Single out the ones that are actually causing problems and take the nessasary steps to resolve the issue. That's the way it's always been done I don't see any reason to change it now. We also feel that it would be in the apartments best interest to use those grassy areas to build parks for the children with benches around so their parents or Guardians can sit out there and supervise.
We the residents of Siegel Suites recommend that corporate office refrain from putting in effect this new law of supervision and instead use the grassy areas to build parks where the children can play. With benches around so parents and or guardians can sit and supervise the children.
