Vick's NFL career came to a halt in 2007 after he pleaded guilty for his involvement in a dog fighting ring and spent 21 months in federal prison. ... He was released by the Falcons shortly before leaving prison. After serving his sentence, Vick signed with the Eagles in 2009.
Vick have paid all fines, served all times, apologized to all and continue to support animal rights activists.. He has made significant progress in human rights field . His basic human rights should not be continued to be under attack for a crime that the debt has been paid for through the justice system. His crime did not enhanced his excellence on the football field. He is and should be entited to particpate in any NFL or other Sports related entity. Vick for Pro Bowl Captain.
