Michael P. Rogers has been wrongfully imprisoned after a Mistrial where the juries refused to find him guilty. Mr. Rogers was also represented by an UNLICENSED attorney, who was appointed to him by the presiding judge, who was also having a very close personal relationship with the prosecution witness. The witness was the wife of Mr. Rogers at the time. Two (2) doctors testified during the trial in Mr. Rogers behalf - Doctors stated that his accuser HAD LIED.
Mr. Rogers is INNOCENT, and there are records to show that he is Innocent!
THIS PETITION TO FREE MICHAEL P. ROGERS - BECAUSE HE IS INNOCENT. EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE WAS ALSO WILLFULLY WITHHELD BY THE PROSECUTION AND THE COURT OFFICERS. MR. ROGERS WAS TOLD THAT HIS INNOCENCE DID NOT MATTER IN CARROLL COUNTY GEORGIA BECAUSE HE WAS A "BLACK MALE WITH AN ACCENT."
