Mercy for Bruce Dillard

The following petition is an imploration on behalf of Bruce Dillard 37251-060 who is currently serving a sentence of life plus 7 years without the possibility of parole imposed on him in 1999, on charges of a gun and drug possession.

Bruce has been incarcerated for approximately thirthteen (13) years and during such time he has completed a number of rehabilitative, self-improvement and career programs and worked as a facilitator became a mentor for the challenge program at a high security facility (U.S.P-Big Sandy) for several years and he also volunteered as a tutor for the Education Department. He even established a therapeutic greeting card program for inmates. As Bruce moved from the high security facility to a medium security facility F.C.I Schuylkill he has maintained positive adjustments he has (10) years of clear conduct. Bruce works for the the electrical shop has been there for over a period of three (3) years has done an exceptional job. Not only has he worked diligently to improve his own life acting as a minister he has delivered approximately thirthy (30) lectures utilizing both Bible and Holy Quran. Bruce has also established a therapeutic program for the inmates Titled CHANGE NOW.
