Climate changes are affecting the Mediterranean biodiversity. Measures for adaptation and mitigation are necessary.
Communication between the countries coordinated actions are more then welcomed in line with Inter-generational justice and up coming generations.
We, the undersigned, call on the decision makers in the Mediterranean countries, to take more actions and care related to Mediterranean Biodiversity highlighting implications due to Climate Change.
We call the decision makers to take actions that are directly linked with safeguarding the variety of life on earth within the overall framework of 2010 being the International Year of Biodiversity.
Mediterranean Action Day – 2010 is dedicated to “Mediterranean Biodiversity” highlighting implications due to Climate Change. Activities that we undertake are directly linked with the actions to safeguard the variety of life on earth within the overall framework of 2010 being the International Year of Biodiversity.
Biosfera - Centre for education, environment and nature protection (non for profit organization) is taking the action willing to connect people in raising the awareness that ecosystems do not recognize political borders. We are all citizens of the Planet Earth and should be equally concerned about global changes.
