Decriminalization for responsible adults can posses up to 3oz with no criminal charges. Some Doctors recommend medical cannabis for pain , loss of appetite , anxiety etc. Not to mention the money the state can generate from putting a tax on cannabis.
We need to look at the so called "War on Drugs" were building more jails then schools. Marijuana should be low priority to Law Enforcement they should focus on harder drugs meth, pills, crack, etc.
I am 23 when my kids get old enough to experiment with drugs it's not going to be alcohol and weed.
We North Carolina Cannabis Patients Network (NCCPN), call on to the local and state governments of North Carolina to consider the decriminalization and medical approval of marijuana.
