The existing gravel carpark at the Monash Enterprise Centre is unsatisfactory due to the excessive dust.
Currently any vehicle that drives over the surface create a large dust cloud that covers all parked cars. Dust also enters into the engine bay/ air conditioning system. Already a number of tenants have been forced to park out on the street causing additional congestion to Hartnett Close.
The problem is significantly worse than previous years and can be easily observed when visiting the MBI.
We the tenants of the Monash Business Incubator request the City of Monash strongly consider the sealing of the gravel tenants Carpark as soon as possible.
This is unsatisfactory for both tenants and clients that are visiting, as dust travels over the existing sealed car park.
