We find that the Oronogo Mayor Jon Hart has caused disruption to the city operation. Ten of the eleven employees have filed grievances against the mayor.
He has not negotiated a new natural gas contract for the one that expired in October. This oversight has caused the gas account to be between $8,000 to $10,000 in arrears has caused an increase of $1.50 per c.f. on our gas bill.
He paid a $45, 000. bill for engineering work on the sewer project before the board of aldermen pass the ordinance to do so.
We the undersigned are requesting the Board of Aldermen to pass an ordinance for impeachment and then vote to impeach the mayor Jon Hart.
