We believe that Pre-Marital Counseling should be mandatory before any marriage in the State of California.
We feel that by making this a requirement, it will reduce the amount of spousal abuse victims and the amount of divorces caused by spousal abuse. Not to mention the murders that occur as a result of a seriously abused spouse.

We ask you to help us get this law passed so that everyone can get a better understanding of the person they want to marry and to be sure that there will be no issues in the future of their lives that can result in spousal abuse.
