We, the undersigned, call Congress to pass a mandatory minimum prison sentence of 25 years for all adult child sexual offenders nationwide.
If a mandatory minimum sentence was in effect thousands of children would be spared. Less re-arrests rates would happen, saving tax payers millions. Communities would be safer, and most importantly our children, and our children's children would grow up in an society healthy and happy.
Without a mandatory minimum sentence of 25 child sexual abusers will be set free and continue the abuse cycle.
