In October 2009 Malvern Hills Conservators announced plans to evict the current manager of St Ann's Well Café, with effect from March 2010, and take it into their own management.
This action would result in the current manager losing his home as well as the business he has run for 20 years.
We, the undersigned, petition the Malvern Hills Conservators to reconsider their plans to take St Ann's Well into their own management.
