Make students eligible for government wage supplement

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the government has issued a ‘wage supplement’ for all part timers and full timers, except students earning a stipend ofcourse. A monthly stipend of 70-90 euros is issued per month based on attendance. These students are not eligible for the wage supplement, which is very unfair as not everyone is fortunate enough in terms of money. Lots of students pay for their own resources. Hopefully we can change this.
