Skateboards have been around for over 50 years and is a sport that even some elders seem to have been enjoyable in their past.
More and more towns have made skateboarding illegal due to how "dangerous" it can be.
We the skaters of Woodstock, VA have had numerous encounters with the police for skating on public property and have been fined and arrested over night for having fun.
Some people do not see the enjoyment we get out of skating so I am asking you all to help bring my town back to life and tear it away from it's dull ways of eliminating everything fun.
By signing your name, you are saying that you, as a skater, say that skateboarding in town should be legal, you know the risks of it, and if any accidents occur, we will say that knew the consiquences and it is worth it. Thank you.
