Paypal is keeping our money.they ask for papers i send all.i wait for 2months.every week.new mail new papers required.now that i send all the papers they canno t be contacted.the account is still limited and no one is answering?
Why? Becase they don t care about papers ,they care a put keeping the money as lo.g as they can.
