There have been many accidents at the intersection of Dolan and Bauman Roads in Columbus Twp., Michigan; the most recent a few weeks ago. One of the most serious was on May 20, 2009 in which my father, JW Ingram was killed and my mother seriously injured . Because of the closed head injury she suffered, she has no memory of the accident that changed her life forever.
The purpose of this petition is to make the intersection safer for the community and possibly prevent another family from suffering the loss of a loved one.
We, the undersigned, support the efforts to make the intersection of Dolan & Bauman Roads in Columbus Twp., MI SAFER by installing a 3-Way Stop light.
