make child abuse charges same as domestic violance

If a female calls the cops and reports domestic violance not 1 but several cops show up arrest the one being accused,they take them to station question and if have proof book them till sentancing.child abuse a parent calls cops to report child abuse and they wanna sit and investigate allowing the abuser to have chances of doing it agian before convition.children including the ones unable to speak for theirselves should be treated the same if not better than a female reporting donestic violance.they both can lead to death.child abuse can cause internal external damage plus now causing anger,depression on that child and makes them fear everyone and it shouldnt be that way.i feel if we sign this petition and we stick together we can make changes to our court systems.
