On 9/11/2001 the United States was under attack. Innocent people lost their lives.
We as Americans lost family, friends, neighbors, helpers, and protectors. We also lost our sense of security and freedom.
Every 9/11, we fly American flags, fly them at half staff, relive the scenes on television, and remember that horrible day.
We, the people, the undersigned, call upon our legislative branch to make 9/11 a National Holiday.
