My petition is for my dog Ruby, who died on Saturday February 3rd, 2007. A car was driving too fast and probably not paying much attention to the road.
We, the undersigned, would like residential areas to have lower speed limits.
Perhaps lower the speed limit from 55 to 35 where families with animals reside.
