To date Long Bay College has only allowed a woolen jersey or thick waterproof jacket to be worn as part of their school uniform during the winter months, both of these items are not always suitable for every student. My proposal is for a good quality, smart looking hoodie that could be worn as part of our every day school uniform. These would be warm, comfortable and compliment our identity as a proactive school that listens to its' students and what they value.
We, the students of Long Bay College, call on the staff, Principal and Board of Trustees to allow a school hoodie to become part of our everyday school uniform.
