We, The Members of TWU Local 260, have started this petition to state that we fervently oppose the decision to open our private restrooms facilities to the public.
This presents an extreme hazard to our health and safety. It also will greatly compromise our on time performance by signing below we are all saying that we
Agree with this statement.
We request that this decision be rescinded and our restroom facilities remain private and secure. Our labor agreement general provision clearly states our health and safety is the Metropolitan Transit Authority's responsibility.
We, the undersigned, members of TWU Local 260, call on Metropolitan Transit Authority to eliminate the opening of our private restrooms to the public.
