As a US Citizen, I believe the endless wave of political campaigning should stop. The minute a Politician takes office, they are thinking more about re-election than the citizens they were elected to represent.
Now that candidates can be supported by billionaires, we are being force fed debates, commercials, e-mails and phone calls. I challenge you to find a citizen (that isn't involved in politics) that finds this acceptable.
We, the undersigned, believe political campaigns should be limited to one quarter of the term for the office they are seeking.
Example: President - 4 Year Term, then Campaign -1 Year (or less).
