The Specials were one of the best ska bands to emerge from the late seventies scene and their blend of punk and ska saw them transcend to being one of the best bands around at the time.
In today's music scene there are no bands that are like the specials they were unique than and would be unique now.
I recently attended the Glastonbury festival where Lily allen got Terry Hall and lynval golding to perform on the same stage after over 25 years it was amazing and reminded me of what a great band the specials were and how brilliant it would be if they reformed.
We, the undersigned, call on the memebers of The Specials to reform for a one off gig or for a tour as soon as possible for the good of the British music scene.
