We, the owners of The Cow Cafe in Lake Cowichan, have built a new Taco and Nacho vending vehicle.
Because, however, of an unclear zoning bylaw-935, we have not been allowed to operate.
We are asking for local support for the opportunity to run our street vending mobile unit TakaNacho in town. The unit will provide jobs, and benefit the local economy; Increasing foot traffic to local businesses will increase the customer base and expand opportunities for the community to flourish.
We the undersigned residents, business owners, managers and associations ask the Town Council of Lake Cowichan to consider allowing TakaNacho to conduct business in town.
We welcome the opportunity to have such a unique venture start up in our town.
