Hi.
I am asking your support for my stay here in the UK. I appealed for my case last 2nd September 2016. The judge has remitted back my case to the HO to make a lawful decision. Now not long ago, the HO had asked me for a letter from my consultant which I submitted on time. Now, they were asking for an expert report. They said that "it is confirmed that your extension of stay is granted and you have until 30 December 2016 to submit an evidence. The date of the letter is 30 November.
I find it quite hard to find an expert. On 19 April 2017, I can apply for ILR after 10 years of long settlement. Pls help me.
I sent all strong evidences during the hearing. Like Rose Ukhalu, I had a kidney transplant in February 2014.
If couldn't find an expert on time, can we ask the HO to consider all my evidences presented on the hearing which I believe are strong, truthful, and based on facts. Thats why the judge had remitted it to the HO. I am panicking now. I only need 5 months Visa at least so I can proceed to ILR application on the 19th of April 2017.
