Genetically Engineered foods could potentially be hazardous to our health and are already proven harmful to the environment.
I am a consumer of food products and a citizen of the United States. I believe that it is within my rights as a citizen to know what kinds of ingredients are being put into my food. I also believe that the USDA and other United States agencies are not doing enough research about the effects of genetically modified foods on people and the environment. Until sufficient research is done or genetically modified foods become prohibited I demand that products containing genetically modified foods be clearly labeled.
