If we discount recent press slurs against the great name of Titus, and in fact if we discount every negative word in his direction - then nobody has a bad thing to say about this great sportsman, this great gentleman, this loving husband and generous, caring lover.
When I originally launched this petition, I thought it was a laugh, no longer do I consider it thus, I consider it essential that not only do we recognise Titus as he deserves to be recognised, but we should also be involving him at many levels of government; he'd indeed be a fine Chancellor of the Exchequer, Minister for Agriculture, and he's probably worth the entire Shadow Cabinet, and what a Lordship? We could give him a country seat and send him away in diplomatic mission to the Middle East and Norway.
There is no aspect of our lives which would not be enriched by more Titus. I propose cloning him, so every house can have a Titus...sorry, a Sir Titus Bramble of Sunderland, or thereabouts...
Titus the Titan. Titus the man who bought London the Olympics, prevented a variety of nuclear disasters, saved a child from a burning building, and is at present working out a way to solve the global financial crisis; here is a man who is not just a man, but a mountain.
