I have been banned from battle pirates and have been banned from support so I was unable to send in a ticket so I made a new account and gave them my ID for the banned account and all they said was they have determined I have been cheating and it is not tolerated.
I asked for evidence of this accusation of me cheating and they will not provide anything and they keep telling me they won't respond anymore even on new accounts.
I have every Facebook card , bank statement, and credit card bill showing how much I spent in the game and they will not even refund my money or reinstate my base at all. All I want is my base back how it was before I was wrongfully banned or all the money that I spent on the game back.
I was wrongfully banned and they will not show proof of the accusations they are accusing me of.
Either reinstate my base how it was before I was wrongfully banned or return every penny I spent in the game!
I do not appreciate being accused of something I never did and I do not appreciate being stolen from.
