The Spanish government is considering new laws regarding abandoned & feral cats & dogs. They would like to fine anybody found feeding these poor creatures & any animals picked up on the street & taken to shelters will be put down within 3 days.
We, the undersigned, call on the Spanish government to refrain from passing legislation for issuing fines to people who feed abandoned or feral cats & dogs, we also ask them not to have animals destroyed after only 3 days in an animal shelter.
