We need more doing about our roads on abbeyfield's in bedford, the speed people come down these roads, especially at nights, innocent animals are being killed due to their careless driving. If nothing is done soon, it will not just be innocents animals but children, it is a built up residential area with lots of young children who like to play on the neighbouring fields without fear of silly careless drivers. There is a primary school on this estate and several parks for young children, there has been people around monitoring the speeds of the cars. However they were all in high vis clothing and everybody could see what they were there for so did not work out very well.
Please sign this petition to get speed bumps installed on abbeyfield s to prevent innocent life s being taken and to stop it being used as a race track before inncent kids are killed.
