Kiddie Academy of Miami Lakes - PLEASE provide VPK Diploma and Assessment of Graduating Class of 2016

On June 3rd, 2016, our children attending the VPK program at Kiddie Academy of Miami Lakes located at 18600 NW 87th Avenue #111 Hialeah FL 33015 attended their graduation ceremony. Unfortunately, for reasons unknown to us, our children DID NOT receive their diplomas on that day. Nor have we been told when we should expect to receive them.
It has been more than three months and we have made several inquiries in person and on the phone but we have not been given a straight answer nor told when we should expect the VPK Diploma nor the Assessment.
We believe it is our right to receive these documents from the Kiddie Academy of Miami Lakes.
We, the undersigned, request that Kiddie Academy of Miami Lakes provide parents with the VPK Diploma of our child(ren) as well as the assessment done by the end of the school year.
We also request that the Graduation DVDs be given to those parents who paid for it.
