The Parents and Children of Kettlethorpe High School request that the current uniform policies and reviewed as a matter of urgency. This is as a result of children becoming ill and feeling unwell during the school day.
We feel it is unreasonable to expect pupils to wear jumpers during the summer months and would like to see the introduction of a summer uniform or be allowed to not wear jumpers between April and October.
We the undersigned urgently request that Kettlethorpe High School review its uniform policy.
We also request that the school relax its rules to allow children to remove their jumpers at their own discretion.
