On January 24, 2006, forever known as Black Tuesday, Butch Hartman released an online forum that said Danny Phantom is to be canceled after it's 53rd episode.
This is very depressing and can be prevented. Danny Phantom is a show about a kid who got ghost powers after a lab accident and uses his powers to fight evil ghosts that come and terrorize his town. The show does have it's violent moments, but it carries it out in a non-graphic manner.
Danny Phantom is in a sense, an educational show. Not the ones that put you to sleep, but the kind that are action filled. Danny Phantom teaches many morals, like standing up for what is right no matter the difficulty to one's self, the power of family and friends, dedication and loyalty, owning up to one's responibilies, and sympathy for others less fortunate.
This is very heartbreaking and depressing news to us Danny Phantom fans. This petition is to get Danny Phantom to have a longer life and keep him on the air.
