Travis Lemmond was given a plea deal in September of 2010 for second degree murder. He watched his gf(at the time) 21 month old daughter and that night some horrible actions where taken by this young man and Lily was murdered.
He then acted as if he done nothing and she had hit her head but the evidence clearly showed that she has multiple blows to her head and that was similar to what is called shaken baby syndrome.
Lily was an innocent child and will never get the chance to start school, have time with her family nor will she ever have the chance to have a family of her own cause this man took this from her. He was sentenced to only 12-15 years in prison.
It's a total disgrace to the system to let him get away with murder of someone so young, beautiful and innocent. Please DO NOT let this man get reduced to minimum security where he will be able to be on work release and be out of the prison walls. He deserves to serve his sentence and should be serving life because he took the life of a beautiful baby girl.
I am asking along with Lily's family, who miss her more than words can describe, to sign this petition so Travis Lemmond does not get reduced to a minimum security prison.
