Justice for Jarell drowning cause from neglect/negligence

Hey everyone! I HAVE NEVER BEEN THE MOTHER TO SEND HER CHILDREN SOMEWHERE JUST FOR A BABY SISTER THIS HAS BEEN WEIGHING HEAVY ON MY HEART THAT THE FIRST TIME I DO SO THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS....these past months well 146 days to be exact .. I know a lot of y’all wanna know what happen to my son JARELL and how he died Friday September 28,2018 my son was attending a birthday party/ sleepover with his so called aunt CHEVEL BROWN CHEVEL is my oldest sister TASHA JOHNSON sister in law husband GERALD BROWN sister. my son was dropped off at the embassy Suite hotel at BWI GLEN BURNIE around 740pm by his dad and his oldest brother ANDREW (My oldest son) who also was there when his baby brother JARELL DIED ..
I got a phone call around 8:32 from CHEVEL’S mother CAMELIA BROWN she called me screaming and crying that Jarell had a seizure. So at this point I’m panicking and trying to figure out how my son is having a seizure so I jumped in my car and was speeding down Monroe st trying to get out BWI as quickly as possible. I told her My son never had a seizure nor any health problems so why is he having a seizure Jarell was a healthy boy. So while driving my home girlWhitley Lambirth was in the car with me she contacted my child’s father to see where he was cuz he just dropped them off he said he just had landed back in the Baltimore city. So she was telling him what happen and he is on his way as well. when We arrived at the hotel no one still hasn’t told me what happen to my son everyone is just standing in the pool hallway crying and I’m screaming saying were is my son is he ok what happen. CHEVEL’S Aunt Marquitta Hines grabbed me and said he’s in there Mika you have to stay right here and let them (paramedics) do there Job so I’m trying hard to get to the area where my son is and a few police officer raised their arms to say I can’t go back there just yet. So right now I’m freaking out Chevel was standing over at the door crying saying everything happen so fast I’m saying what happen. So now the paramedic are doing everything they can for my child so then someone says take mom outside we have to get him to the hospital so Kita, and (CHEVEL cousin) LOREN NICOLE, my home girl Whitley surrounded me and said mika they have to bring him out and take him to the hospital please don’t grab him and don’t touch him. So they can do their job So I’m like ok ok I will stay calm just please hurry I NEED to see my son. So they walked me out the door and we was walking to my car they rolled jarell out the lobby area and rushed in to the back of the ambulance. At that time his father had just pulled up banging on the ambulance door then they pulled off we sped off behind him and went to harbor hospital So me and his dad are thinking our son is having a seizure but when we arrived to the hospital the doctors told us they Our child Drowned! So they let me and the in the room where they were still doing there best trying to get Jarell a heart beat. When I walked in the door my son eyes were fully open and his stomach was the size of a hot air ballon.. The paramedics told the doctor that jarell hasn’t had a heat beat for a long period of time jarell heart had already stopped before the paramedics got to the hotel. They performed CPR on Jarell for 1 1/2 hours and still no beat. Chevel and whoever else was inside the pool neglected my Child and he had to been under the water for a long time another person who was in the pool (not associated with the party) stumbled across Jarell’s body underwater. He performed CPR on jarell but even that wasn’t enough. We tried to obtain video footage of that night but apparently the cameras haven’t been working for 3 months. I’m bringing this to your attention to bring awareness to pool safety and for you all to not allow your children to go anywhere unless you know for sure your children will be properly taken care of. The medical examiner ruled my sons death an accidental drowning but i say it was NEGLECT!!! CHEVEL BROWN neglected my son!!!A pool full of multiple adults and yet my son died. SOMEONE ELSE FOUND HIS BODY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POOL NOT EVEN THE PEOPLE WHO WAS SUPPOSE I ENTRUSTED TO CARE FOR MY SON. I had to bury my CHILD 2 DAYS BEFORE HIS 7th BIRTHDAY.
